Jan. 5, 2020 - Christmas Light Show

Before we left for Florida, Diana and I took a bus ride from our new apartment to a Christmas Light show near Somerset, Wisconsin.

As you enter the light show, you drive through a tunnel of lights. A lot of lights were used for this tunnel display, but we were told the entire show included four million lights.

Tree trunks were wrapped with lights. The lights stop at the point where branches start to grow. That made the trees look like they were just tall stumps.

One display showed the American flag with some fireworks in the air. They even made the flag look like it was waving in the breeze.

This beaver chopping down a tree was Diana’s favorite.

A huge dome of blue lights was near a parking area so people could get out and take a photo of themselves in the dome.

A Christmas display wouldn’t be complete without a candy cane.

The gingerbread house had two gingerbread people next to it.

One of the displays was a jack-in-the-box.

Finally, Santa went flying off in his sleigh pulled by his reindeer. Notice Rudolph leading the way with his red nose.
