Canada Lynx

This cat of the far north is well adapted to the harsh environment. It has soft, thick fur which protects it from the cold. It also has large furry feet which act like snowshoes. It is the mascot of our Minnesota women's professional basketball team. These photos were taken at Minnesota Wildlife Connection near Sandstone MN.
