I don’t take many scenery shots but I couldn’t pass this one up. The water in this bay along Cape Breton Island was so calm that it gave a mirror-like reflection of the cabin.
We saw this Yellow Rattle flower during our wildflower walk on Grand Manan Island. The name comes from the rattling sound made by the seeds after they have dried inside the pod.
This Rock Crab shell was among the seaweed along the Grand Manan shore at low tide.
These poppies are not wildflowers but they made a spectacular display in one of the yards on Grand Manan Island.
